Incepted since 2010 as a full-fledged commercial bank, ABC Banking Corporation today stands stable, pro-active and optimistic, as one of the star performers of ABC Group.

Founding company of the Group, ABC Foods has grown from the modest family grocery store in Port Louis to a major manufacturer and distributor of foods and cosmetic products in Mauritius.

Today, the Foods cluster is made up of Chue Wing & Co. and Oriental Foods. Chue Wing & Co. operates under the trading name of ABC Foods and is among the oldest and most renowned commercial organisations in Mauritius.

Created in 1982, ABC Shipping & Logistics is a key cluster of the ABC Group of Companies. It comprises of the Freight Forwarding Department (Sea and Air Cargo), a Container Freight Station, Bonded Warehouse, Duty Paid Warehouse, Container Yard, Vehicle Bond, Trucking Services, a Parking Lot and a Sourcing Agency.

ABC Shipping & Logistics played a key role in the diversification of ABC Group of Companies. Indeed, it was instrumental for the Group to become the Nissan Distributor in Mauritius, which subsequently led to the creation of ABC Automobile.

Today, the Shipping & Logistics cluster is recognised for its expertise in handling any type of goods across the globe. The experience gained since its creation has propelled the cluster to become one of the leading shipping & logistics companies in Mauritius. With a workforce of over 100 persons, the cluster boasts itself to have a dedicated and dynamic team with a mix of young and experienced professionals capable of meeting the challenges and needs of our customers.

The extensive range of activities of the cluster is administered by Speedfreight Ltd, Premium Brands Ltd, Globe Freight Ltd  and Union Shipping Ltd.

ABC Group of Companies’ very first financial activities dates back to 1976, with the creation of Good Harvest, general sales agent for MUA Ltd. The cluster extended its range of services over the years and now offers an array of financial services including investment advisory, offshore services and leasing amongst others.
